Frohmood Psychotherapy originated from a string of unhappy relationships, which made me stay inferior and where I used sex to feel loved; in which I made great effort and always believed in what other people said.

I thought then that there are a lot of people like me, who also experienced pain, exploitation, lies, ridicule and so forth. As time flies by so quickly, and if nothing is done about it, the precious soul of a person can quickly become overwhelmed by sorrow, self-blame, lack of self-worth and/or remaining a pawn in the partner's mysrery game.

I personally find it important to 'free' as many people as possible from the yoke of their experiences and their lack of inner-support. In order to achieve this, good information (e-book) is the first step, followed by tasks to place some of this good information into practice.

Frohmood Psychotherapy, operating since 1998, has a company policy to help you to gain power, to become happy, strong and to guide you to become self-fulfilled.

My qualification as a counselor/ psychotherapist holding a Diploma of Professional Counseling-and Psychotherapy enable me to fulfill my inner-dedication of helping anyone (mentally healthy) to take control of their lives.

Frohmood is a play on words. It derives from the German word, -Frohmut- meaning-glad to have the courage to tackle a or any problem.
